Philip Gowing has spent his whole career in the construction industry and is the managing director of CJ Gowing & Sons Ltd building contractors.
Greenrock History
Greenrock Land and Property Limited was founded in 2014 by Philip Gowing and Howard Covington.
Philip is the managing director of a long-established and highly-regarded building company, CJ Gowing & Sons Ltd, and Howard is an experienced banker and asset manager.
CJ Gowing has been building quality homes in the South of England for 25 years.

We have won the Royal Tunbridge Wells Civic Society Award 2017 for our development at St James Place, Albion Road, Tunbridge Wells.

We are looking for land in the south of England, including: Long term strategic land for future housing, Land zoned by local councils for housing, Redundant commercial or brownfield sites, Land with outline or full planning permission for housing or mixed housing and commercial schemes.
We are happy to consider any land situation from single units schemes to large multiple unit schemes.
Greenrock work directly with landowners to promote and obtain planning permissions to maximise the value of their land.
We take a straightforward, fair and honest approach offering a fixed sum to purchase land subject to planning. We cover all planning and legal costs and often pay a non-refundable premium to the landowner for agreeing to work with us. The landowner has no costs to pay.
We have a very high success rate of obtaining planning approvals in difficult situations.
